Is HelloSuburb free to use?
Yes. You don't need an account to browse a suburb guide.
Which suburbs are covered?
Endeavour Hills is live now. We add suburbs one at a time, so each guide is properly local before it launches.
Where does the information come from?
We visit each suburb and take our own photos. Business details come from the businesses themselves and from our own checks. Bin days, weather and public transport come from official sources: the City of Casey, the Bureau of Meteorology and PTV.
I found a mistake. How do I tell you?

For businesses
How much does a listing cost?
A basic listing is free for any business located in the suburb. Paid options help you stand out.
My business is outside the suburb, but I have customers there. Can I be listed?
Yes, with a Service area listing at $29/month. When you apply, we check your address. If it's inside the suburb, your listing is free. If it's outside, you'll be offered the Service area option.
What do I get with a Featured listing?
A photo, a tagline, a Featured badge and a contact button, so you stand out in your category. It costs $29/month.
Why can't I buy Featured straight away?
Featured is an upgrade to an existing listing. List your business for free first. Once your listing is live, you can upgrade from your dashboard.
What is a Category sponsor?
Your business is shown first in its category, with a Sponsor badge. There is only one sponsor per category. It costs $149/month. Email us to ask about sponsorship.
My business is already in the guide. How do I take control of the listing?
You can claim it. You'll need to verify your own phone number by SMS. We may check further, and we can reverse a claim that isn't valid.
How long until my listing goes live?
New listings are checked before they're published, usually within 2 business days.
How do I update my details?
Log in and edit your listing from your dashboard. Most changes show on the site straight away. Changes to your phone, email or address are checked by our team first.
Can I cancel a paid listing?
Yes, anytime. A Featured listing stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then returns to a free listing. A Service area listing is removed at the end of the month you've paid for.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
